Description
The Professional Membership allows individuals to become a part of a body for professionals to exchange ideas, and contacts and set standards of good practice within the sectors.
The Membership can be gained via practical experience in relevant sectors or alternatively by holding one of the Chartered Global Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain Management. The level of membership will reflect members’ experience and status in the sector.
Applicants will be assessed on their education, training, knowledge, skill, and experience (K.S.E.). Due consideration will be given to those who are qualified only by practical experience.
The Membership level and criteria are as follows:
- This is for Directors of companies, Senior Managers in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, with more than 20 years of experience.
- Or Through invitation by the Council and must have been a Fellow member for years
- Postgraduate holders or equivalent with proven records of successful experience and professional knowledge in the specific industry, preferably with publications, appropriately in Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Also, those with relevant qualifications with a minimum of 15 years’ work experience and MUST be at a managerial or directorship level
- Membership Fee is £300 | Annual renewal Fee:- £30
